Forms Review

PDF markup, document review and collaboration from Midnight Works LLC.

Forms Review is a Windows desktop application for reviewing drawings and PDFs, placing markups, organizing pages, and working with others in Review Sessions.

Your work, on your computer

Ordinary document work stays local. Optional Google or Microsoft account linking identifies you for collaboration and helps you find session listings addressed to your verified email. Linking does not upload your PDFs or grant permission to read your mailbox. Review Sessions use organizer-selected storage; directory listings do not grant document access.

Account linking

Start linking from Linked account in the desktop app. Provider availability depends on configuration. This website does not ask for your Google or Microsoft password.

Alpha status

Forms Review is currently an alpha. Keep backups and independently review saved documents and professional outputs. This is an information page, not a public software release or a claim of provider approval.
